I am listing my project 1974 Chevrolet K5 Blazer full convertible with no reserve, as I've moved on to other hobbies. The truck was originally black. With a little body work and paint work, this could be a really nice truck.
The truck runs and drives and I’ve always kept it running and driving while working on it, though could use a tune up (carb clean/rebuild and maybe new gaskets), so I would recommend bringing a trailer.
The truck is modified with 1 ton axles (Dana60 in the front, Dana 70HD in the rear, with 14 bolt hubs for he Hummer H1wheels to be properly offset), 4 wheel disc brakes, new 42" Super Swamper TSL tires with only 200 miles on them, a rebuilt Warn 8274 winch (with remote, but no tow cable).
The hood and passenger fender were replaced due to a tree falling on the truck when parked.
The trunk is full of parts, including the driver aftermarket fender if needed.
The body and truck does have rust throughout, so no hiding that.
The floor plans were replaced with aftermarket, but only tack welded in.
PRP racing seats in the front, no seats in the rear.
The rear has been professionally Line-X'd.
I do not have the front driveshaft, so currently operating as 2-wheel drive to drive to and from the shop.
The air conditioning system was removed to create more room in the engine bay, so no A/C.
Comes with original keys.
Top is in good shape.
Replaced the rear gate with a C10 gate, so doesn’t have glass.
Original TH350 transmission still running strong.
Though the truck runs and drives, but I would recommend a trailer.
The truck has been in storage for the last 2 years under cover and covered with a truck cover, but cranked regularly.
I've owned the truck for 8 years and believe I am the 3rd owner.
It will drive up onto a trailer, but wouldn't recommend driving more than 25 miles because the fumes are unbearable until the gaskets are replaced and/or the carb is cleaned/rebuilt.
Otherwise drives fine and has power.
Unsure what the gears are in the axles because I never got to changing the gears.
Odometer doesn’t really work, so unsure the actual mileage.
I do have the original title with matching serial number, but I believe I registered it without a title.
Should be able to add it back.
I had made the casting for Truck Night in America with this truck, but the show was unfortunately cancelled before it was filmed.
