It will be dropped off at the Post Office that day or the next. The listing shows a 4 day handling time but that is just to ensure it gets into the sorting center and I know its on its way to you.
Even though its in the hands of the Post Office, it won't be marked as shipped till a couple days later.
This keeps people from getting overly optimistic as the Post Office isn't as fast as they used to be.
