An estate item, I have no idea as to its operational condition. Should be great for parts at a minimum.

f you have NO other way to receive packages I MAY be able to ship to a P.O. Box via USPS at a higher rate, please let me know if you have that situation.

Both FedEx and the USPS will hold a parcel at their local office for you to pickup at your convenience if someone cannot be available during the day when the parcel is delivered. However, if that arrangement also causes problems, then I cannot help since I can not wave this requirement.
