    This item for sale is a very LARGE, vintage, sterling silver and vermeil filigree pin and pendant in perfect-gently used-condition. It is set with a genuine, 16x12mm carnelian cabochon gemstone free from scratches, chips, or cracks. The pin/pendant is 2.75 inches talla nd 2 inches across. A very large size. A really stunning piece. It is marked "Israel 925" on the back.
