If you're looking at this listing, chances are you know what this is.  Part of the clothing line (and as worn) for 2014 FIBA World Champions in which Gilas Pilipinas participated.  I believe these might have been Player-Issued, but were also available to the general public. The Philippines played hard fought games and showed that it belonged on the world stage.
