Zuni/Tewa artists Shirley & Virgil Benn made this magnificent piece of Native American art. Large crowds gather to watch the Zuni dances and all hope to see the fascinating Mudheads. Mudheads serve several important functions in ceremonial dances, but the ones the crowds enjoy are the always funny entertaining Mudheads. They keep you laughing and they are always up to no good. Virgil & Shirley captures that uplifting attribute with this fun inlay bolo. One Mudhead is on the shoulders of another and has been beautifully crafted out of shell, jet, and turquoise. The bolo is on a hand braided leather cord and has sterling silver tips hanging at the bottom. This would be a great addition to your Benn collection, especially since Virgil has stopped helping Shirley make pieces.

We ship every day Monday through Friday via USPS Priority Mail. Your order will ship within 48 hours Monday through Friday except holidays. Insurance is included on all orders.
Returns Policy
With every purchase we allow for a provisional 30 day inspection period. If for any reason you do not want to keep an item that you have purchased, simply return the item in original condition within 30 days of receipt. You will be refunded the purchase price. Return shipping not included.
We are extremely reasonable, but the inspection offer is provisional--exclusively at our option. This is a service that most companies would only offer to established account customers. Each of our pieces is unique and carefully photographed. If we feel that the returned piece is in any way damaged, or different than the piece that we originally sent, we will return the item to you and no refund will be offered or made.
