What is the expected shelf life of a product? Should I keep chocolate in the refrigerator?
A.
Chocolate should be kept in a cool, dry place preferably below 72°F, but not in the refrigerator. Solid milk chocolate will last up to 12 months from its manufacturing date. Milk and Dark Chocolate with nuts, raisins, caramel, or other flavoring in it will last up to 9 months from its manufacturing date. If there is a “Best Thru” date listed on the product, please use this date.
WARNING:
Keep away from high temperature, direct sunlight or humid conditions.
The chocolates may get broken, melted or shattered in transit.
We cannot control the change in temperature or the condition/ environment during the transit.
We will not accept any refund or replacement by the above reasons. We will do our best to pack it well and write “Fragile”/Perishable, Warning to keep away from sunlight, high temperature or humid conditions on the mailing package.
We will ship it to you via USPS Priority mail flat rate. Most of the time it is 2 days, a few areas will say 3 days delivery.  This is the fastest way and cheapest way to mail them.
